Jessica Paulin, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Program Administrator with extensive experience in clinical operations, practice management, and administrative leadership across New York’s mental-health and no-fault settings.

 

As the founder of Premier Wellness Consulting, Jessica partners with psychologists, social workers, and wellness providers to streamline operational systems, strengthen workflow organization, and support the day-to-day processes that allow clinicians to focus more fully on client care.

 

Drawing from her background in both social work and program administration, Jessica established PWC to help mental-health practices balance the demands of client care with the realities of operations, documentation coordination, scheduling, communication workflows, and relationship-building with no-fault clinics and diagnostic centers.
